1. Copyright
All content on GOCARS.online, except for explicitly mentioned third-party rights (e.g., third-party copyrights), which includes texts, graphics, images, photos, designs, videos, sounds, etc. (hereinafter referred to as “content”), is the intellectual property of the Data Protection Authority (DPA) and is protected by national, EU, and international law.
The DPA retains all intellectual property rights regarding the content and any copies created based on it.
The content of GOCARS.online is available to visitors/users for personal use. The content is subject to changes at the discretion of the DPA without prior notice. Upon accepting the terms of use, non-commercial use and reproduction, either fully or partially, is allowed, provided that the reproduced product is freely available on the Internet or other means and includes a clear and visible reference to the source. Any other use requires written explicit permission from the owner or holder of the intellectual property rights.

Under no circumstances, including negligence, will the DPA be liable for any damage incurred by the visitor/user of GOCARS.online’s pages, services, options, and content, resulting from their voluntary actions with knowledge of these terms. The DPA also does not guarantee that the pages, services, options, and content will be uninterrupted, error-free, that errors will be corrected, or that all inquiries will be answered. Likewise, the DPA does not guarantee that GOCARS.online or any related website or servers through which the content is made available will be free from viruses or harmful components. Any cost for repairs or services is borne by the visitor/user, not the DPA.
